Cancellation Policy 

We ask for a minimum of 3 hours advanced appointment request. We will accommodate if a spa specialist is available.

The Wellness Sanctuary kindly requests a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Due to our unique location, our massage therapists travel in from out of town. In order to compensate them for their time, same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows to appointments will be charged up to 50% of the service total.

*All requests made after 6 pm PST will be answered the following day.

*Our Scheduling depart is closed on Sundays. All inquiries will be answered on Monday.
